What we collect

We collect only what we need to run this website and respond to you.

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. When you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

• Usage data. When you visit the site, Google Analytics records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your browser and device type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and actions such as submitting the contact form or clicking the meeting link.

• Technical data. Our hosting and font providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when they deliver pages and fonts to you. This is how the web works and cannot be avoided when a page is loaded.

How we use it

• To respond to you. We use what you send through the contact form or by email to reply, discuss your project and follow up on your inquiry.

• To understand and improve the site. We use analytics to see which pages are useful, how people find us and where the site can be clearer.

• To keep the site secure. We use technical data to deliver the site, filter spam submissions and protect against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same with cookies turned off.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

• Microsoft Azure hosts this website and runs the contact form.

• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email.

• Google Analytics measures site usage.

• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on the site.

• Microsoft Bookings handles meeting scheduling when you click "Book a Meeting". That page is run by Microsoft, and what you enter there is covered by Microsoft's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are not stored in a database on this site. They are delivered to our email inbox, where we keep them as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our business records. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@quanticsys.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so information you send through it is encrypted in transit. We limit access to contact messages to the people who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers quanticsys.io. Our products, TasiPsych and TasiFlow, have their own websites and their own privacy policies. Client projects are governed by the agreements we sign with each client.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
