SaaS Product Development, From Prototype to Production
Quantic Systems builds multi-tenant SaaS platforms end to end. We handle the architecture, the infrastructure and the product itself, for founders and companies who need a senior team to ship it. We build our own SaaS products too, so we work like owners, not contractors.
The problem with most first builds
Most SaaS products do not fail on the idea. They fail on the build.
The first version ships fast, then hits a wall. Tenants share data they should not. Roles were bolted on late. Billing lives in a spreadsheet. Every new customer needs a manual setup step. The team spends the next year rewriting what should have been decided in week one.
We make those decisions early, so the product can grow without the rewrite later.
What we build
We build subscription software that customers log into and pay for every month. Typical scope:
Multi-tenant architecture
A tenancy model chosen for your product, with isolation enforced at the data layer.
Accounts, roles and permissions
Organizations, users, invitations and role-based access control from day one.
Billing and subscriptions
Plans, trials, upgrades and invoices wired into the product, not handled by hand.
Core product workflows
The screens and logic your customers pay for.
Integrations
APIs, webhooks and third-party systems your customers already use.
AI features where they earn their place
Copilots and automation embedded in a real workflow. AI is one capability, not the pitch.
Infrastructure and release
Cloud setup, environments, CI/CD, monitoring and backups.
Have a product to build?
We reply with next steps, not a sales deck.
How we work
- 01
Discovery
We map the users, the core workflow and the constraints. Compliance, integrations and data sensitivity come up here, not after launch. The output is a defined first release and a written estimate.
- 02
Architecture
We choose the tenancy model, data design, auth approach and hosting. These are the decisions that are expensive to change later, so we make them deliberately and write them down.
- 03
Build in short cycles
We ship working software in short iterations. You see the product running early and steer it as it takes shape.
- 04
Launch
Production environments, monitoring, backups and a release process are in place before real customers arrive.
- 05
Iterate
After launch we keep building. New features, performance work and infrastructure changes continue with the same team.
Our stack
We pick tools we trust and use them well. The stack follows the problem. If your team already runs on a platform, we build on it.
SaaS we build and run ourselves
Quantic Systems does not only build software for clients. We build, ship and operate our own products.
TasiPsych is clinical documentation software for behavioral health. It turns recorded sessions into structured notes, checks each note against a built-in audit engine, and suggests CPT and ICD-10 codes with confidence scores. It is HIPAA-compliant, includes a BAA with every account, and runs as a subscription product with a free trial.
Visit TasiPsych
TasiFlow is an operations platform for appointment-based businesses: forms, scheduling, payments, secure messaging and an AI receptionist in one workflow. It is in early access.

Founders with a validated idea and no senior engineering team.
Companies turning an internal tool or service into a product they can sell.
Teams in regulated industries, such as healthcare, that need compliance designed in.
Frequently asked questions
What does a SaaS development company do?
It designs, builds and runs software that customers use through a subscription. That covers product scoping, architecture, multi-tenant data design, authentication, billing, infrastructure, and the release process. Quantic Systems does all of it end to end, then keeps iterating with you after launch.
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?
It depends on scope. A focused first release with one core workflow, accounts, roles and billing is a much smaller project than a platform with integrations and compliance requirements. We scope a first release in the discovery phase and give you a timeline before any build work starts.
How much does SaaS development cost?
Cost follows scope, integrations and compliance needs. We do not quote from a template. After a short discovery call we give a written estimate tied to a defined first release, so you know what you are paying for.
Do you build multi-tenant SaaS?
Yes. Multi-tenancy is the default for the products we build. We decide the tenancy model early, enforce isolation at the data layer with controls such as row-level security, and add role-based access and audit logging from the start.
Can you build SaaS for healthcare or other regulated industries?
Yes. Our own product TasiPsych is HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation software for behavioral health. Encryption, BAAs, access controls and audit logs are part of how we build, not an add-on.
What happens after launch?
We can stay on as your engineering team. Monitoring, fixes, new features and infrastructure work continue under the same team that built the product.
